We came in to visit family and picked this place. We are foodie snobs. This place was exquisite all the way around!! The shrimp appetizer is delicious! The chicken dish was fabulous with madeira sauce. The red snapper over the top great!!

The Prescott is a gem. Excellently prepared dishes and good service. Call for reservations for your next modern farm to table experience.

Excellent food and service! Had the salmon and husband had the chicken. Both were good but the salmon is highly recommended!

Went for a Valentines lunch and everything was fantastic! We shared the scallops and risotto as an appetizer, delish! My husband got the steak hoagie and I got the chicken salad croissant and salad. Everything had so much flavor!!! Can't wait to go back.

Food is absolutely amazing. Service is divine. Highly recommend this little jewel of a restaurant downtown Kernersville.
